Today when I was logging in to Facebook I found that I was unable to. Then something came up saying that my account is disabled. How can you log on back to your Facebook account when it is disabled?

If your account is disabled you can sign in with your disabled account email and password and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Then click the link in the email and it will be reactivated,
