What it says on the tin. The account is Personal and the age limit for getting a credit card over here is 21; sadly I didn't reach said limit, but I am over 18. I'm only going to use the account for receiving money.

No, but if you upgrade your account you can get a debit card for your account. If you upgrade to a "Premiere" account you can get many more options to receive money and receive larger amounts on money. They only limit the size of amounts you can receive unless you "upgrade". Just go to your account. @ http://www.paypal.com and visit "accounts" and explore your options.
