The bank account I used for my tax refund is closed. I understand that once my tax rebate is rejected by that?

bank it will be converted to a paper check. Will that be done right away or will it go out based on the last 2 digits of my social security number?

According to the IRS website...if this is the case, you will not be in the paper check schedule pool anymore...it will just depend on the time it takes to be rejected and reprocessed back into a paper check...and to be aware that this process may be timely!!
Reply:ACH rejects are re-flowed for payment by check. That typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. It will NOT be based upon the check payment schedule, however, as your money has already left the "rebate processing queue" and is handled separately now.
Reply:It might have to go through the process of being sent back and then issuing a check...that could take some time. You will probably get it around the same time everyone else gets their paper check
Reply:it will go out based on ur SS#..supposedly.
