What do I do about my My Coke Rewards account?

Whenever I try to login, it says something like "Your account is currently locked. Please contact customer Care"





Except for 1.) I can't find Customer Care anywhere


and 2.) I "Asked Hank" and he said to wait a day before logging in again, and it should work. I waited a day, and it didn't work.





Does anyone know what I should do, or if it's happened to them?

Here's the thing, the "My Coke server" is not flawless, perfect reading of terms and conditions by everyone is not going to happen, and some people are just not going to follow those rules.





So these are the three things that might of happend, and ways you can resolve them,





1.) You broke the rules: Made up different accounts, etc., etc...


You can pretty much forget about getting or using anymore points, and you have learned your lesson. If it wasn't too bad, they may give you back your account with none or a few points taken back as a little slap on the wrist.





2.) Someone else broke the rules and somehow messed with your account by changing the address to theirs. If that happend, call the number listed above and they should help you resolve the problem.





3.) and finally, sometimes the problem is simply in the technology and Coke's server just did a faceplant. You should have your account back within a week and if you do not, give them a ring.
