How can i change the email that my xbox live account is linked to?

Basically i changed my email, and i'd like my xbox account to be linked to the new one... but i have no idea how... halp?
How can i change the email that my xbox live account is linked to?
1. Press the Silver Guide button on your 360 controller


2. Go to the far right blade


3. Select "Account Management"


4. Then go to the change Windows Live ID option (i think thats what its called)


5. Then fill in the required sections %26amp; type your new email in and confirm





NOTE - you can only change the Live ID associated with your Gamertag once every 30 days
