The BEST answer is ASK PayPal. If it were ME, I would try checking first. If that didn't work, I would try savings. One of the 2 should work.

Reply:Sorry I didn't know Pay Pal had a ATM. If your talking about that little cardboard they give you. you better watch out with Pay Pal just put Pay Pal in browser and you'll see how they have hurt a lot of people. You need to get a reliable credit card.from a bank.
I don't use EBay anymore because Pay Pal has a party working against them trying to steal your credit , they look just like the Pay Pal Center , they'll ask you all these question and then ask your Pin Number. They'll tell you to come in that they have a charge against your EBay Pal Pal account, don't go in because Pay Pal doesn't do business that way. if that that cradboard it is offered by GE Capital Consumer Card Co, @25 % interest , so have a nice day.
