Our TC here is right. Paypal can and will take money from your bank account..and if you go to your bank and stop future paypal transactions so that paypal cant take it from your account AND your paypal account is closed..well then they will send you to collections and it will go on your credit.

They will get their money either way, its best to face it now than to have it bite you in the bud later.

best of luck to you.
Reply:You sound like you expect someone to try to get money back. Bad move. That really shoots your reputation down and it won't recover for years. If you expect someone to make a claim, offer a refund now. KEEP YOUR REPUTATION. It's the most precious thing you've got.

Yes, Paypal can access your bank account unless you tell the bank they are no longer authorized. If you cut Paypal off, you will never be allowed to have another Paypal account. Your reputation won't be good with them.

I always look at feedback on Ebay and Paypal and Amazon and I will definitely steer clear of anyone who screws a customer (even if it is the customer's fault). If you don't care enough about that customer, why should I think you'll honor any deal with me?

Your most precious possession is your reputation. You can be flat out broke and still live if your reputation is good. You can be as rich as Midas and never invited anywhere if your reputation is bad.

Reply:Yes. You need to first go to your bank and let them know that Paypal is no longer authorized to access your account.
